Children Policy:
• First child sharing parent's room up to 11.99 years old is entitled to free accommodation and meal
plan booked.
• Second Child sharing parent's room up to 5.99 years old is entitled to free accommodation and meal
plan booked.
• Second child sharing parent's room from 06.00 till 11.99 years old will be charged 50% from the adult
rate per person in DBL, Maximum by 2 children in the room.
• One extra bed only will be provided in the room upon request.
Cancellation & No Show Policy:
 In case of cancellation 03 days prior to arrival date or No Show, the hotel will have the right to
charge 50% from the total stay as a cancellation fees during low Season.
 In case of cancellation 10 days prior to arrival date or No Show, the hotel will have the right to
charge 100% from the total stay as a cancellation fees during low Season.
