Children Policy:
- 1st child: 0 - 11.99 years old, stays free of charge, sharing parents’ room, using existing beds, on the same booked meal plan.
- 2nd child: 06 -11.99 years enjoys 50% discount on the rate per person in a double room and an extra bed
without additional charges, sharing parents’ room.

Check-in & Check-out Time:
- The hotel’s check-in time is 2:00 pm. Arrival before 12:00 noon should be booked minimum 1-night prior
arrival to ensure room availability (chargeable).
- The hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out is permitted from 12:00-3:00 pm against 30% and
from 3:00-6:00 pm against 50% charge of the applicable room rate.
Departure after 6:00 pm will be charged for full night at the applicable room rate.
- Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to Hotel availability

No Show & Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations have to be made prior to the Release periods mentioned above. Reservations cancelled less
than the Release period will be charged one night per room cancelled.
- Reservations cancelled in less than 72 hours prior arrival date will be charged for the whole stay.
- If the arrival does not occur on the dates reserved, it is considered a “No Show” and a full stay charge will
be applied
