First Child / Second Child
• First & Second child free on same meal plan reserved for sharing parents’ room from 0
to 05.99 years
• First & Second child from 06-11.99 is subject to 50% discount on half twin same meal
plan reserved.
• Children sharing adults will be charged according to hereafter table
• Maximum number of children sharing parents in STD room is 01 child
• Maximum number of extra beds in one room is one extra bed.
• Single Standard room capacity is 01 adult + 02 children.
• Single Family room capacity is 01 adult + 03 children.
• Double Standard room capacity is 02 adults + 01 child.
• Double Family room capacity is 02 adults + 02 children.
• Triple Family room capacity is 03 adults + 01 child.
• No Triple Standard rooms are available.
• We consider those children whom are from 0 to 11.99 years, children age is calculated upon arrival.
• 02 adults +01 child in one room Charge, one double room
• 02 adults + 02 children in Family room Charge, one double + 50% of one half twin
• 01 adult + 01 child in one room Charge, one single room
• 01 adult +02 children in one room Charge, one single + 50% of one half twin
• 02 adults + 02 children in two rooms Charge, two single rooms

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
Cancellation should be submitted to the hotel in writing. Cancellation fees charge as follows:
• Free cancelation 07 days (During period A&C) or 21 days (During period B&D) prior to the arrival date.
• 01 night will be charged 03 days (During period A&C) or 7 days (During period B&D) prior to the arrival date.
• 50% will be charged after 03 days (During Period A&C) or after 7 days (During period B&D) prior to the arrival date.
• Full Stay will be charged 01 day (During Period A&C) or 03 days (During period B&D) prior to the arrival date.
• No Show Fees and Early Departure: Charged full stay.
