Children Policy:
• 01st Child up to 11.99 years old sharing parent’s room stays free of charge.
• 02nd Child up to 05.99 years stays free of charge and from 06 years till 11.99 years old will be charged with 50% of the adult rate for the basic room type.

No Show & Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations have to be made prior to the Release periods mentioned above. Reservations cancelled less than the Release period will be charged one night per room cancelled.

Reservations cancelled in less than 72 hours’ prior arrival date will be charged for the whole stay. If the arrival does not occur on the dates reserved, it is considered a “No Show” and a full stay charge will be applied.
Check-in & Check-out Time:

Check in time: 14.00 & check out time 12.00.
•
Late Checkout from 12.00 till 18.00 against extra charge 50 % of the applicable room rate.
•
Departure after 18:00 will be charged full night.
•
Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to hotel availability.
Payment Policy:
•
All payment must be paid on cash basis.
•
Payments by cash, bank transfer or credit card are accepted.
•
During high demand period the hotel has the right to request full payment for the entire stay.
