We are a green Project Hotel, we believe that we should care about the rest of natural places such as the deserts and sea, we can protect them by a very simple thing which is not destroying the very special landmarks for those natural environmental places and try ever to protect them also from the pollution.

The charming nature of Kharga oasis encourages people to forget about their busy life & enjoy staying at our hotel where you can enjoy the beauty of artifacts, Domes & the wooden ceiling, the constructed domes with a central hole for cycling the air, in addition to the tent along with the great atmosphere of the oasis, Horse ride, Camel ride, hot springs & even more means of entertainment are to be found at our hotel, We also haven’t forgotten about Safari trips.

• In the oasis of Egypt which called (EL Kharga Oasis ).
• Our Hotel called Qasr El Bagawat Hotel overlooking the Bagawat tombs and kilos far away from Kharga airport and Hibis temple.
• Hotel inside the desert and far away from Kharga down town by 3 kilos.

Lunch Supplement : 15 $ Per Person / 75 LE Per Person .

3- Children Policy:
Maximum 2 children sharing parents’ room.
Children from 0 to 05.99 years sharing parents’ room: Free of charge on bed and meal plan booked.
Children from 06 to12 years sharing parents’ room: charge with 50 % discount on meals rates.

4- Check in & Check out time:
C/in from 02.00 PM & C/out 12:00 Noon
Early check in & Late checkout are subject to hotel availability.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Fees:
- Any cancellation should be received by the hotel in writing on the day of cancellation
- 1 night cancellation fees will be charged if booking cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival date
- Full stay will be charged in case of same day cancellation, no show or cut off stay
