2 - Children Policy: -

• Two Children under 11.99 years old free in Deluxe Or Chalet Rooms Only
• Only at Chalet room with additional fees 1,500 per room per night, Third Child from 3 till 11.99 years old will be with additional charge 50% of the adult Room Rate .
• Children Birthday Certificate to be present upon arrival & failure to be provided upon check in will lead to apply full adult rate
3 - No Show & Cancellation Policy: -

• Cancellations must be made 10 days before arrival or will be charged one night per room cancelled
• Reservations cancelled in less than 07 days before arrival will be subject to 50% charge from total accommodation per room
• In the case of No Show OR receiving cancellation less than 06 days prior to arrival date a full stay charge will be applied per room


4 - Check In/Out Policy: -

• Check in time at 15:00 and check out time 12:00 noon
• Any request for early check-in or late check-out will remain to resort availability subject to extra charge
