10% supplement per room per night during:

•Mid-Year Vacation: 25 Jan – 09 Feb
•Easter, Sham El-Nesim, Eid El-Fitr: 07 Apr – 30 Apr
•Eid El-Adha: 27 Jun – 02 Jul


Children Policy:-
Infants from 0 up to 5.99 years are totally free.
Maximum two children in the room will be on free accommodation sharing parents' room to be charged with 50% on buffet meals.

Cancellations and "No-show":
• In case of no show and same day cancellation for a confirmed reservation.
• “No show / cancellation” fees, the Total amount will be automatically charged based on same meal
plan of the reservation
• In case of cancellation after last confirmation and after transfer your total amount to our bank
account one Month before check in, during high and peak periods, the 01st night stay will be
charged based on same meal plan of the reservation.
• In late cancellation less than 14 days and no show, during high and peak periods, the full stay will
be charged based on same meal plan of the reservation.
