- Child up to 5.99 years old - free accommodation and meals.

- Child from 5.99 up to 11.99 years old - will be charged 700 EGP / Child / night.

Cancellation Policy
In case of Cancellation 24 Hours prior to arrival date or in case of no show, Full Stay Cancellation fees will be applied. (Individual & Groups)

● In case of cancellation 3 days prior to the arrival date 50% of stay cancellation fees to be charged (Individuals)

● In case of Cancellation, the reservation amount will be reflected to your bank account with 2 % deductions of bank fees.

● Any amendments will be subject to availability & applicable rates

● In case of Groups amend dates or cancellation, the policy to be applied as per confirmation letter and the hotel occupancy situation.

Pet Policy
