Check-in & Check-out time:
The hotel check –in time is 14.00 hours, check-out time is 12.00 hours. Early check-in is subject to availability. To guarantee an early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night prior to the guest's arrival. Request for late departure is subject to availability on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy:
• All cancellation must be notified to the hotel reservation office in writing.
• No cancellation fee is charged if the rooms allocated or reserved are released as per release period.
• IN case of modifications before arrival date, the hotel reserves the rights to charge one night cancellation fee.

No Show Policy:
• In case of no show, one night will be charged as no show fees.
