Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
▪ The hotel will charge 01-night cancellation fee for cancellation made within 72 hours before arrival unless approval medical insurance certificates
forwarded to the hotel (except peak season).
▪ 02 Nights no show fees will be applied (except peak season).


Children Policy:
A copy of the children's birth certificate is required upon check in.
• 1st Child till 11.99 years old is free of charge.
• 2nd Child till 03.99 years old is free of charge.
• 2nd Child from 04.00 till 11.99 years will be charged 50% from the STD adult rate.
• 1st & 2nd Child till 11.99 years are free of Charge (in Family Room & Junior Suite).
• 3rd Child in family room from 02.00 till 11.99 years will be charged 50% from family room half twin rate.
