• 2nd Child: From 00 till 05.99: Free same plan as parents' meal.
• From 06 till 11.99 will pay 50%from adult rate.
• - Extra bed with additional LE 100 per night. (Subject to hotel availability).

Gala Dinner:
• Christmas 07.01.25 gala dinner per adult (Optional): EGP 700 per person per night.
• New Year 31.12.24 gala dinner per adult (Optional): EGP 900 per person per night.

Check-In / Check Out:
• Check-in time is at: 15:00 hrs
• Check-out time is at: 12:00 hrs (noon time)

Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
• All cancellations should be forwarded to the hotel by e-mail.
• In case of cancellation 03 days prior to arrival or after receiving hotel payment the second party will be
charged one night as cancellation fees based on booking confirmed rate except for high periods 50% of full
stay accommodation value will be charged
• No show will be charged full stay automatically.
• The room will be considered as No Show after the midnight of the arrival date, unless a written note is
delivered by latest 24 hours prior to the arrival date.
