Children Policy:
 First child sharing parents’ room is free of charge aged 1.99 till 11.99 in existing bedding.
 The second child sharing parents’ room aged )6.00 till 11.99 is to be 50% of the adult rate as per the
meal plan booked.
 The maximum number of children in any room is 02 children with only 1 extra bed only per room.

Check-In / Check-out:
 Check-in time is at 14.00 hrs. & checkout time is at 12.00 hrs. (noon time).
 Late check-out” charges will apply for guests occupying rooms after the agreed time on the contract.
 Early arrival or late departure will be facilitated by the hotel as possible as per the availability.
 Late check-out supplement charges till 18.00 hrs.: 50% of the contracted room rate will be applied, after
18.00 hrs.: the full room rate to be charged

 EGP 300.00 per night per 2 Connected Rooms.

Cancellations and “No-shows”
 One-night cancellation fees will apply if cancellation is made within 72 hours from the arrival date.
 In case of a “no-show”, full payment will be charged as cancellation fees will be automatically charged to
the Company/guest.
