The story began nearly 25 years ago with Sindbad Beach Resort, a family-run establishment in the small Red Sea town of Hurghada. Children Policy:
The following policy will be applied for children when sharing parent’s room:
- First child till 11.99 years old will be free of charge sharing parent’s room same meal plan Max one child.
- Second Child from 02 –05.99 years is free of charge and from 06- 11.99 issubject to a 50 % discounts from the rate per person in
doubleroom same the meal plan.
- In case of two children, up to 11.99 in a separate room will be calculated as a single room accommodation.
- In case of Accompanied children copy of birthday, certification is required upon check-in.


No Show & Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations have to be made prior to the Release periods mentioned above. Reservations canceled less than the Release period will
be charged one night per room canceled.
- Reservations canceled in less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the whole stay.
- If the arrival does not occur on the dates reserved, it is considered a “No Show” and a full stay charge will be applied.

Check-in & Check-out Time:
- The hotel check-in time is 14:00 Arrival before 12:00 noon should be booked a minimum of 1-night prior to arrival to ensure room
availability (chargeable).
- The hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 noonlate check-out is permitted from 12:00-3:00 PM against 30% and from 3:00-6:00 pm against
50% charge of the applicable room rate.
- Departure after 6:00 PM will be charged for a full night at the applicable room rate. Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to
Hotel availability


Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner:
- Christmas Gala Dinner (24.12.22) is Optional 1000.00 L.E Per person
- New Year Gala Dinner (31.12.2022) is compulsory 1500.00 L.E per person.
- Children from 06-11.99 years are granted 50% of the adult rate for the New Year and X-mas Gala Dinners.
- Christmas & New Year Gala Dinner Supplement net non-Commissionable.
