Children Policy:-
 Children from 0 till 5.99 years old sharing parents’ room will enjoy free accommodation &
meals with a maximum of 2 children per room.
 Child from 6 till 11.99 years old sharing parents room will be charged 50% of adult rate with same
meal plan per room per night with a maximum of 2 children' per room.
 From 12.00 years will be charged as adult rate Triple room.
 When sharing parents’ rooms, booking will be always on same meal plan
 Only one extra bed –if paid- can be added in the room.


Check in and check out time :
The hotel check-in time is from 15:00 hrs.
 Early check-in from 10:00 hrs. is subject to availability upon arrival / check in at the hotel.
 Guaranteed check-in time earlier than 10:00 hrs. must be booked from the previous day.
Check-out until 18:00 hrs. Shall be subject to an additional 50% of total room rate.
 Check-out after 18:00 hrs shall be subject to an additional (1) one-night room rate.


Full Cancellation and no show:
 Cancellation and No Show During low Period:
In case of no show or late cancellation less than 72 hours, Full stay will be automatically charged.
 Cancellation and No Show During Public Holidays, Eid & Summer:
In case of no show or cancellation less than 21 days, Full stay fees will be automatically charged.
Payment will be non-refundable.
