 Cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival date or No-Shows will be charged the full stay
 During Easter, Fitr, Adha, School Midyear vacations, Christmas, New Year period cancellations less than 7 days before arrival and No-Shows will be charged for the entire stay booked (100% charge).
 Cancellations must be advised in writing and proof of acknowledgement by the Hotel should be retained.
